Job Description

PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Partner with regional, US and India technology teams to carry out steady-state support and maintenance of an enterprise SAP finance solution.
Participate in system implementation activities to promote technical and business process solutions.
Support the SAP Finance processes, address questions and issues from the regional Finance users, and assisting the Senior Application Analyst liaising with the internal associates, US headquarter as well as India technology team.
Assist Senior Application Analyst and also different IT teams to collect user requirements, design, test and rollout future releases of SAP Finance processes for business needs.
Conduct the SAP system implementation & other ad hoc projects.
Provide user training and usage guidance to internal associates.
Support non-SAP finance and logistics sub-systems.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS (e.g. Qualification, Job Experience):

Degree holder or above, preferably major in Finance, Business, Computer Science or related disciplines.
Minimum of 1-2 years' hands on experience in SAP ECC implementation or support, with major in FICO module, preferably in garment industry.
Highly developed analytical and problem solving skills
Having strong project and consultancy management, organizational and multi-tasking skills with a focus on taking ownership of tasks and following through to completion.
A good team player with effective communication and presentation skills in both spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
Ability to work under stress without day to day direction and management
Experience in SAP ECC SD, MM and ABAP is a definite advantage.
Knowledge of MS Access and Excel VBA is a plus
Working experience in IT support in MNC Finance organization is a plus
