Responsibilities:

• Implement, develop, and maintain high quality eBusiness application and Business Intelligent system to management and users
• Provide responsive and effective support in troubleshooting and speedy resolution of business application and infrastructure problems in coordinating with all internal and external parties including suppliers, factories, and external service providers
• Study, analysis, and re-organize process flow to improve process efficiency during system implementation
• Manage external vendors and resources to meet project milestones
• Publishes tips and notification providing associates with informative details on system applications of changes/enhancements
• Monitor the system data to ensure the data completeness and integrity
• Plan, develop and conduct training for both current and new application systems
• Insure application system operating environment (internal and external systems) stability to maintain maximum uptime
• Liaise with offices clients to ensure that their reporting requirements are fully met
• Monitor the system database to maintain the completeness and data integrity of the systems in an efficient
• Provides responsive, effective ad hoc support on data analysis as required
• Plan and conduct IT and system testing and trainings as required
• Document business rules, mappings and manipulations needed to meet business user reporting requirements

Requirements:

• University graduate in MIS/IT or related disciplines
• 3 to 5 years of experience in application programming (Java / Android), data warehouse design and implementation, and/or supply chain/product management lifecycle system
• Knowledge on the garment sourcing industry, Business Objects, Oracle / SQL Server (Integration Service) would be an added advantage
• Strong technical, analytical, and communication skills
• Strong time management skills and attention to details
• Fluent in English and Cantonese, Mandarin a plus with flexible, mature and enthusiastic attitude
