Job Description

Responsibilities:

Provide technical support to hospital users
Perform PC troubleshooting, software and hardware installation
Provide basic end-user training

Requirement:

Higher Diploma in Information Technology / Computer Science or equivalent
Certification holder of MCSE will be an added advantage
At least 2 years relevant experience in helpdesk support
Strong knowledge in PC hardware and software application
Good team player, self-motivated and good communication
Strong sense of responsibility
