Responsibilities

• Assist in daily systems maintenance, system and network monitoring, computer asset management, conduct IT inventory control
• Assist with hardware and software upgrades
• Assist in any ad-hoc projects upon request by supervisor
• Provide IT support to end users

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in a support role ( PC / Server / System / Network support ) earned in medium sized company
• Hands-on experience in supporting Windows Servers environment, Active Directory and Exchange
• Support experience with Microsoft Office and web Application
• Knowledge in SQL statement is highly preferred
• Experience in SAP B1 and iGarment ERP system in preferred
• Strong sense of responsibility and able to work independently
• Good command in both written and spoken Chinese & English
