Responsibilities:

• This person will play a role of Demand and Fulfillment functional consultant with the following responsibilities:

• JDA trusted advisor for Far East region within the enterprise

• Provide functional direction to ensure solutions align with and meet customers’ business requirements

• Enhance technology processes to align with Asia retail business model

• Manage issues/business inquiries in a growing environment

• Interact with Demand and Fulfillment business users to resolve issues and enhance existing system processes

• Assist the project team in successfully designing and implementing modifications to the application

• Assist the business teams with process improvement initiatives.

• Act as JDA trusted advisor to business partners. Will stay close with business partners to understand fashion retail business initiatives and advise best practices within JDA tool.
• Design enhancements to Demand and Deployment system processes
• Develop unit test cases, knowledge transfer document (templates already exist)
• Provide post-implementation support
• Produce weekly status report and discuss defects in the defect review meetings with PMO and testing teams
• Mentor team members

Qualifications:

• Functional knowledge of JDA Demand Planning and Fulfillment v7 or above

• Knowledge of business processes in Supply Chain Management

• Knowledge of SAP SD and SAP MM

• Knowledge of Distribution Center operations

• At least 5 years of experience playing functional role in major projects

• Creative thinking and problem solving skills

• Solid understanding of Change Management concepts

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. This person should be comfortable reporting issues to project and brand leadership and be able to articulate issues and resolution steps to bigger audience.

• Intermediate with 5-7 years of experiences in the role, at least 1 full cycle implementation, participated in multiple implementations through design, build, testing, and post-implementation support
