Responsibilities:

• As part of the HK LTS ETO (Enterprise Technology Operations) team to provide professional customer services in desktop, network and video conferencing support for internal and external users.
• Carry out day-to-day LAN administration jobs (user account administration, service call management, e.t.c.) to meet service level both in internal and external.
• Provide end-user helpdesk support, upgrade and deployment of software and hardware.
• Perform scheduling and technical support in audio/video/web conference meeting to users and vendors.
• Provide maintenance and support of computer system to improve availability and PC performance.
• Primary responsibility will be to provide on-site IT support for the HK office and telephony support for offshore remote office user.
• Provide training and communication with end users
• Documentation and tracking of user information in order to comply corporate policy and achieve service level.
• In-depth analysis and resolution of computer problems of varying levels of complexity.
• Provide voice over IP (voip) and quality-of-service (qos) network support in MPLS network and IP telephony and video conference.
• Evaluate and pre-production testing of new software application functionality and hardware performance
• Maintenance and update server and network monitoring system (i.e. HP SIM, MRTG, PRTG, Whatsup)
• Support Blackberry mobile email and wireless data service.
• Writing and maintaining user instructions.

 Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in computer science or electronic engineering.
• Holder of CCNA/MCP/MCSE is preferred
• Minimum of 5 years solid experience in the role of PC/network and operation infrastructure environment.
• Have VMW are virtual PC support experience
• Mature, good attitude and proactive
• Independent and strong team player
• Ability to work under stress
• Highly sense of ownership and responsibility
• Good communication skill in both spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin
