Responsibilities:

Represent Operations Department to assist in case management on policy end to end process Provide effective communication and professional service to distributors with efficiently and effectiveness 

• Provide case management support of life application
• Bridge up distributor and operations functional teams to facilitate enquiry activities including both hotline and face-to-face enquiry
• Communicate promptly and effectively with underwriters and distributors on underwriting requirement to facilitate approval and issue new business applications.
• Drive new initiatives to improve operation service level to distributors
• Provide technical support and services to intermediaries; maintain close relationship with key business partners
• Provide support to contact center team on customers’ enquires via telephone, e-mail and correspondence

  Requirements: 

• University graduate with at least 2 years insurance experience with life insurance experience in the areas of customer services will be an advantage
• Customer focused, high sense of responsibility and job ownership
• Detailed minded, well-organized and posses good interpersonal skills and high level of accuracy
• A good team player and able to provide coaching and technical support to team members
• Self-motivated, energetic and desire to succeed and able to work under pressure
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications including PowerPoint, Word and Excel
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Candidates with higher experience can be considered as Assistant Manager
