Requirement

• Degree holder
• At least 10 years relevant experience in which 6 years in managerial role
• Vast experience in handling knit item (EEC market)
• Experienced to supervise a sales/merchandising team with determine problem solving attribute
• Excellent command of spoken & written in both English and Mandarin
• Excellent negotiation and sales skills.
• Very strong interpersonal , leadership , negotiation , sales and communication skills
• Travel to Dongguan,China and Overseas is required

• Developing strategy, tactics, sales plans and profit targets
• Managing and Developing relationships with existing and new clients
• Identifying and reporting on business opportunities in target markets
• Maximizing new business development opportunities
