Job Responsibilities

-        To responsible for the project management of the Group’s projects in Hong Kong, China, Kuala Lumpur and Macau

-        To supervise a team of staff to handle the projects’ affairs

-        To liaise with the Contractors, Consultants, Government Officials and relevant Authorities on the matters relating to the projects;

-        To coordinate the preparation of the contractors/consultants’ contracts in relation to the projects; and

-        To operate for office management, supervise property management and leasing and sales for Hong Kong and overseas.

Job Requirements

-         Salary ranged from HK$80,000 to HK$120,000 per month or above.

-         Over 7 years relevant experience in project management of large property developer or similar experience in property development field

-          Authorised Person or Registered Architect would be an advantage in application

-          Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin

-          Able to work independently and report directly to Executive Chairman

-          Computer Literacy, i.e. Windows Word, Excel and Chinese word processing

-          Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

-          Travel China and overseas may be required

-          Holding of driving licence is an advantage

 Those candidate with less experience will be considered as ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER.
