• Responsibilities:

  -       Assist in event management and participations of promotional activities including show and               conference

  -       Assist in creation of marketing materials

  -       Manage relationships with clients, suppliers, PR / advertising agencies etc

  -       Strong ability to back up for all related sale & marketing works and reporting

  -       Strong ability to negotiate with different parties

  -       Assist and co-ordinate in project progress

  -       Handling other ad hoc assignments

   

  Qualification:

  -       Degree holder and studying abroad in a plus

   

  Requirements:

  -       2-3 years of experience in PR & Communications / Marketing is highly preferable

  -       Strong communication and interpersonal skills: proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin is a must)

  -       Able to work with multiple culture

  -       Possess steep learning curve in managing new business models

  -       Business acumen with an analytical mind

  -       Enthusiastic and have the ambition to succeed, eager to face challenges in fast-paced                       environment

  -       Self-motivated, good at time management and highly organized

  -       Flexible to work beyond normal office hours

  -       Willing to travel

  -       Proficient in MS Office applications: Excel, Word, Powerpoint
