Job Description

• Supervise QA Dept to ensure the quality of products meet customers’ requirements
• Deal with customers in resolving quality related issues and communicate the issues internally for problem solving
• Prepare proactive plans to prevent and correct any non-conformance
• Provide training to staff to enhance preventive quality mentality
• Establish a close working relationship with production team to ensure product right quality

Requirements

• Degree holder in Textile / Clothing / Quality Management or related discipline
• Minimum 12 years relevant experience in quality assurance of lingerie and sleepwear field especially bra production, plus minimum 3 years’ working experience at supervisory level
• Be familiar with garment manufacturing testing requirements
• A good understanding in different material nature and their technical performance
• Proficiency in written and spoken Mandarin and English
• Station in Panyu and willing to travel whenever required
