Responsibility:

• Conduct regular audit & pre-audit in the manufacturing sites of the company, suppliers and subcontractors to ensure in compliance with the set policies and procedures
• Develop corrective and preventive action plans to eliminate foreseeable social compliance, quality and technical problems
• Establish and maintain a program for monitoring a compliance metrics according to clients' COC & QA requirements
• Keep abreast of the industrial trends in social compliance
• Knowledge in quality management, social compliance standards, international compliance standard requirements for US, Europe
• To supervise/assist offshore team in providing product safety support & customers' documentation support
• Perform ad-hoc projects as required
• Work in HK office w/ extensive travel to our factory in PRC and offshore countries
• Extensively travel in PRC & Off-shore countries required
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Preferred to have working experience in Vietnam , Myanmar or Philippines
• Degree or Higher Diploma of Quality Management in Clothing & Textiles
• At least 5 years at managerial level in QC/QA experience preferably in knit garment
• Good analytical skills in resolving quality and technical problems
• Well versed of QA principles and applications of apparel industry
• Knowledgeable about ISO and its implementation, capable of acting a leading role in factory evaluation & Social Compliance Audit
• Good command of written & spoken English & Mandarin
• Independent, proactive, positive, result-oriented and problem solving skills
• Extensive traveling to offshore factories in Myanmar, Bangladesh, Vietnam, Philippines and China.
