- 中五或以上程度

- 5年以上有關現場生產管理經驗

- 熟五金塑膠機械操作(沖床，點焊，噴漆/粉，注塑，模具設計等)

- 精通五金模具設計

- 能獨立解決生產技術問題

- 需駐東莞廠工作
