Job responsibility

• Define project scope, schedule, deliverables, resources requirements, budget of projects
• Ensure project deliverables are on time, within budget and the required level of quality
• Support the technical transfer design by R&D to production team and help solving production problem during NPI
• Carry out risk assessment and derive mitigation measures;
• Lead and positively influence a team and mobilize resources to achieve results;
• Work cooperatively and effectively with others to set goals, resolve problem, and make decision that enhance team effectiveness;
• Communicate and lead meetings externally with customers, stakeholders, suppliers, partners and internally with members to make clear all requirements and deliverables are understood and executed;
• Recruit and monitor sub-contractors and suppliers performance;
• Report project progress, project performance to management.

Job requirement

• University Degree or equivalent in electrical, electronics, communication, computer engineering or information technology;
• At least 7 years project management experience and 5 years of which should be in R&D consumer electronic product development;
• Proficiency in using Project Management and Office software;
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Proficiency in both written and spoken of English and Mandarin;
• Solid organization skills including attention to details and multi-taking skills;
• Able to work independently while fostering team work;
• Able to work under stress;
• May require to work oversea;
• Holder of PMP or equivalent is an advantage.
• Stationing in our Dongguan factory is required
