Position 3.    QA Manager ( Accessories / Shoes / Bags / Scarf, EU market)

l   12 years relevant working experience, of which 5 years at managerial level, in quality assurance field in a sizable buying office or trading company 

l   Oversee the operation of Quality Assurance Department efficiently and effectively, and coordinate and execute all quality management systems and activities effectively so as to maintain the product qualities and operation in compliance with company and customers' standard and requirement

l   Responsible for setting solid quality goals and establishing effective quality assurance systems and programs against company and customers' standard and requirement

l   Sound knowledge of systems and process quality, inspection techniques and product approvals applied to solve technical problems and improve product qualities

l   Prepare product quality specification based on company and customer's requirement

l   Be familiar with AQL system

l   Cooperate with other internal departments to achieve company quality goals as well as liaising with production / engineering counterparts to resolve quality complaints and process non-conformance

l   Effective communication, interpersonal, coaching and training skills

l   Fluency in English and fair in Mandarin preferably
