An international not-for-profit medical organization, with strong vision and mission, is seeking for a high calibre project / event management professional to join the APAC team in Hong Kong.  

The role is based in Hong Kong. Reporting to the regional director, you will be responsible for taking full ownership in developing and implementing high quality and professional educational programs in the region.  You have to work closely with senior professionals, community leaders and industrial partners to initiate, drive, manage and implement the entire process of the programs, including vendor and budget management. 

The ideal candidate should be a Bachelor Degree holder in a related discipline, with at least 5 years’ regional events/project management experience. Excellent stakeholder management experience, with excellent communication and influential skills is vital to the success of the role. Excellent organizational and project management skills are mandatory. Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) is required. Frequent travel is required.
