In Senior Customer Relationship Officer Role:

Responsibilities:

• To assist Manager to implement & co-ordinate with necessary supportive tasks to smooth run for any new service, products and programs
• To participate user acceptance test, audits, quiz preparation before and after service launch to ensure new services / products are smoothly implemented and staff knowledge compliance 
• To collect frontline staff  & customer feedback, monitor program result and work with program owners to take necessary remedial actions to improve program sales result and effectiveness
• To prepare program result report to reflect the program effectiveness
• To update and regularly check knowledge portal to ensure program content accuracy
• To continuously execute effective initiatives to improve knowledge portal in terms of content accuracy, user friendliness & navigation
• To assist in any ad-hoc assignments or projects 

Requirements:

• Strong business acumen
• Customer focused and result oriented with excellent problem solving skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently under pressure
• Good command of both spoken & written Cantonese and English
• Good computer skills
• Able to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs (may require to work on weekends or public holidays)
