Responsibilities

• Handle cross-border finance function
• Manage the international payment process
• Provide coaching and support to the team, giving direction & guidelines as required
• Handle payment disputes & drive the resolution process to improve the resolution quality
• Documentation & implementation of business procedures & workflows to strengthen the internal control procedure

 Requirements

•  Bachelor Degree or related discipline
• At least 7 years’ relevant experience
• Experience in international payment processing or experience in e-commerce business is a plus
• Hands on experience in multi-task projects
• Be a team player with excellent interpersonal skills, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Excellent written & spoken English
• Immediate available prefer
