Responsibilities:

• Report to Accountant
• Handle full set of accounts independently
• Prepare management / financial reports timely and accurately
• Supervise Accounts Clerks to perform day to day accounting functions
• Assist in annual audit
• Perform ad hoc assignments assigned by the Accountant

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting
• At least 3-5 years accounting / audit experience is preferable

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Initiative, willing to learn and with strong sense of responsibility
• Able to work under pressure, independent but a good team player
• Sound interpersonal and communication skills
• With solid experiences in using MYOB / FLEXSYSTEM preferred
• Proficiency in PC operations, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
• Immediate available is an advantage
