Job Responsibilities: 

• Communicate closely with front line divisions as business partner to understand their needs and requirement on manpower;
• Identifying effective recruitment channels, preparing recruitment advertisement, screening, interviewing and selecting;
• Proactively sourcing candidates to build talent databases;
• Prepare analysis reports on labour trend, recruitment efficiency and effectiveness;
• Plan and execute recruitment projects such as job fair, recruitment day and career talks;
• Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in HR Management or related discipline;
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience, preferably in retail industry;
• Experience in executing various recruitment events such as job fair, campus hiring and recruitment talk;
• Well-versed with HK employment ordinance and related legislation;
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, pro-active, good team-player and work independently;
• Good time management to perform multi-tasks & fast paced;
• Proficiency in MS Office applications & Chinese Word Processing;
• Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese;
