To be our Sales & Marketing Officer/ Assistant, your job duties are…

• Handle Social media communications and maintenance (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
• Assist in develop and implement activities and programs in order to enhance brand awareness
• Developing and implementing marketing plans and strategies
• Responsible for planning, development and implementation of all of the public relations activities, both external and internal
• Responsible for the relationship of existing clients
• Identify and develop new clients, build and maintain constant contact with clients
• Handle customer enquiries (virtual office, serviced office) and successfully concert that into sales lead
• Assist in ad-hoc assignment as required

To provide a high quality service, we’re desire you have...

• Degree holder in Communication, Marketing, Business Management or related discipline is a plus
• Excellent written and spoken communication & presentation skills in English and Chinese
• Ability to plan and prioritize work, and multi-tasking
• Basic knowledge of PC skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Chinese and English typing
• Less experience will be considered as Sales & Marketing Assistant
• Immediate available preferred
