Current Openings: IT Support (Junior / Entry Level)

Do you enjoy a fun, fast paced IT environment where you can support great people? We are currently seeking an IT Support to join our IT team to support the growth of our business. You will be spent time diagnosing and resolving technical problems relating to hardware, commercial applications and internally created software systems. You will interact with all staff to ensure they have the correct technical tools and abilities while assisting in the administration and maintenance of our corporate IT infrastructure. 

IT Support

Responsibilities:

• Manage and response to information security threats and vulnerabilities in systems
• Systems administration, maintenance, backup or restore, performance tuning
• Monitors different Application Systems and Wintel Environment
• Provide all kinds of in-house support, troubleshooting on IT Systems, network, software and hardware.
• Liaise with external providers of hardware and software to resolves IT issues
• Document all software and hardware installations
• Prepare various documentation and perform IT inventory tracking

Requirements:

• Diploma or above 
• 1 years' experience in IT support or helpdesk in Windows platform
• Support experience of Microsoft Windows Server, Windows XP/7, MS Office and local network
• Holder of MCTIP or CCNA certification is an advantage
• Good analytical, troubleshooting skills and working attitude
• Self-motivated, mature and able to work independently as well as be a team player.
• Willing to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
