Responsibilities:

• Implement fund raising events and support other team members on large scale projects
• Coordinate volunteer activities with corporate partners, organizations, and the Association’s service units and schools
• Prepare press releases, speeches, annual report, proposals, newsletters and other publicity materials in written English and Chinese

Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in marketing, event production or advertising preferred
• Strong sense of quality control of production materials and knowledge of print / online production
• Good command in English and Chinese (written, spoken and in presentation, ability to speak Putonghua is an advantage)
• Experience in NGO’s service, fund raising and community relation is an advantage
• Self-motivated, well-mannered, detail-oriented and out-going with pleasant character
• Highly organized and can work under pressure and tight deadlines
• Candidate with less experience may be considered as Assistant Communications and Fund Raising Officer
• Work Location: Wan Chai
