Job Responsibilities

• Work with Business Development Manager on formulating and executing business development strategies to achieve sales targets
• Initiate meetings with potential and existing clients to explore business opportunities
• Prepare customized pitching proposal for regional and local clients
• Assist consultant team on new product development
• Coordinate logistic arrangement of training events and promotional activities

Job Requirements

• Degree holder or equivalent
• With at least 2-year working experience, preferable with sales experience in corporate environment
• Good command of verbal and written English and Chinese
• Able to work independently
• Knowledge in Training / Counselling / Employee Benefits will be an advantage but not a must
• Candidate with more experience can be considered as Assistant Business Development Manager or Senior Business Development Officer
