Job Description
Job Scope:
- Maintain good working relationship with customers and respond to customers’ requests in a timely manner
- Prepare service proposals, contract renewals, according to customers’ needs
- Assist in business development and marketing work
- Coordinate training programmes, marketing activities and any emergency service requests
- Analyze and compile statistical reports to corporate customers
- Participate in other ad hoc projects
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Marketing or related disciplines
- 2-3 years customer relationship management and sales & marketing experience preferably in business sector or HR consulting field
- Knowledge of Employee Assistance Programme, Learning & Development or HR management is preferred but not a must
- Organized, multi-tasking, detail-minded and self-motivated with ability to work independently and under pressure
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
- Willing to learn with “can-do” attitude
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese)
- Sound proficiency in computer applications (e.g. Words, Excel and PowerPoint)
