Assist in brand building campaign, analyze consumer insights and focus on CRM management in strengthening customer intimacy and category leadership. Support the team  on operational execution excellence..

Responsibilities: 

• Assist in the planning and implementation of marketing plans, CEM and CRM development and affiliate programs with direct contribution to high sales growth
• Develop Social CRM and fully utilize Omni Channel for CEM & Affiliate Pillars, Drive ICB Reactivation Program
• Analyze business trends and consumer insights to ensure that all marketing plans are in line with the business needs
• Work closely with operations, suppliers, advertising and media agencies on marketing initiatives and brand building initiative
• Accountable for assigned pillars performance, A&P budget control and sales analysis

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree holder in Business / Marketing / Communications or relevant discipline(s)
• 2- 3 year experience in brand or product management in the FMCG, beauty or retail sectors
• Experience in CRM, IMC projects and social platforms is preferred
• Less experience is considered as Marketing Executive
• Good team player with strong ownership
• Innovative, tenacious, self driven and passionate
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Retail operation experience would be an advantage
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
