Responsibilities:

• Report to the Professional Support Lawyer on marketing
• Organise CPD seminars, firm events, overseas meetings and arrangements for overseas conferences; handle related logistics, correspondence and presentation materials
• Update, manage and maintain firm’s marketing materials
• Maintain and update the firm’s website
• Manage submissions to the various legal directories and industry league tables

Requirements:

• Marketing Degree with experience in a law firm is preferred
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficient in PC applications including MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Photoshop and Chinese Word Processing
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Marketing Administrator

Competitive compensation such as medical & dental insurance, travel allowance, performance bonus, time keeping bonus, flexible Saturday off and an extra one day annual leave after completion of the first two year employment and up to 17 days annual leave will be offered to the right candidates.
