工作職責：

1. 制定公司營銷策略、流程及工作計劃;
2. 根據市場環境變更，對營銷目標、計劃、活動進行跟蹤，及時調整營銷策略與計劃，確保完成年度目標與計劃;
3. 定期組織對市場環境、信息等進行監控、統計與分析，定期向公司領導報送相關報表及研究分析報告;
4. 對公司及項目品牌進行推廣，整合與維護媒體和推廣資源;
5. 制定並執行公司公關、營銷活動;
6. 制定銷售渠道策略，負責銷售渠道的拓展與維護工作。

任職資格:

1. 本科以上學歷，企業管理、市場營銷或房地產專業優先考慮。
2. 具有豐富的房地產行業市場營銷工作經驗，熟悉房地產行業相關政策和法律法規；五年以上該崗位工作經驗，成功操作五個以上大中型房地產項目的經驗。
3. 有較高的審美品味，熟悉房地產市場，能獨立完成房地產全案策劃，熱愛地產行業，對市場營銷工作的學習與提升有強烈的願望。
4. 熟悉房地產項目策劃的流程，熟悉房地產項目的業態定位規劃，有豐富的市場推廣、策劃與執行經驗，具備優秀的統籌、組織、協調能力。
5. 能承受工作壓力，具有良好的心理和身體素質，工作嚴謹、負責，積極進取，執行力及責任心強。
6. 能操流利粵語、普通話，英語, 優秀的中英文寫作能力。

Job Description

1. Formulate the overall marketing strategies and working plans;
2. Implement the vision and mission of the Sales team, achieve the operational goals;
3. Prepare market research and analysis reports for management’s decision;
4. Organize brand promotion and coordinate with media;
5. Organize sales campaigns and market events for property projects;
6. Maintain and develop market resources and business partners leading projects on creative bossiness models.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree holder in marketing, management or a relevant discipline, 5 years’ experience in same position;
2. Solid experience in property field, familiar with regulations of real estate, hands on experience in 5 more sizeable property projects;
3. Good understanding in real estate market, be able to lead and organize sales and Marketing campaigns and events
4. Familiar with sales and marketing process of real estate market, strong interpersonal skills and market insights, and good sense of teamwork;
5. A responsible and positive person with proactive working attitude, and be able to work independently under pressure;
6. Excellent communication and presentation skills with good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin).
