ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Location: Hong Kong

Reporting to: General Manager, cievents Asia

This position is to ensure the highest standard in our clients live production shows.  To ensure the production budget is kept up to date and any anomalies reported.  Support all elements of the live show. Mange and effectively delegate to the Production Manager and Production Assistants. Attend relevant supplier functions.

1. Duties and Responsibilities:

This position will be a great opportunity for someone who has a strong travel background, but also wants to put their organizational skills to use in a fun event environment.

 Production

• Overall accountability of every project you produce.
• Main client contact for various events with budget oversight.
• Ability to brief in every department or supplier with a project – technical, creative and entertainment.
• Understand & have the ability to manage creative, technical, video & data, print design and production.
• Ability to show call and stage manage shows of various sizes and complexity
• Management of concurrent projects from end to end.
• Ensure implementation of project internal systems and procedures.
• Write and prepare Case Studies.

Reporting

• Accountable for the entire budgeting process.
• Maximize profitability opportunities on each and every Production.

Client Relationship Building

• Ability to manage existing relationships.
• Proactively seek & source new sales leads to maximise the potential client base.
• Negotiate at a senior level with established and potential suppliers and clients.

Training

• Proactively manage your available training opportunities as outlined in your training road map.
  
  
  

2. Skills/Experience:

• Minimum 5 years experience in Production Industry
• Demonstrated customer service experience.
• Fluent written and spoken English (Compulsory)
• Fluent written and spoken Cantonese (Strongly preferred)
• Tertiary qualification in business or related field (Strongly preferred)
• Cantonese and / or Mandarin required
