Channel Coordinator

The Channel Coordinator will report to the Senior Channel Manager (based in US) on the Customer Operations team.  This position will support the Sales and Marketing, Educational Sales, Circulation and Corporate Sales teams in executing their inbound and outbound campaigns.

What are my accountabilities?

•          Management of the campaign execution process from beginning to end, including but not limited to the gathering of requirements, the communication of technical specifications, the quality assurance of the campaign, and launch of the final product
•          Managing of onsite tagging which will be fed into granular order reporting
•          Trafficking of all marketing promotions on the site
•          Creation and update of offers and pages that serve to capture orders in market (online and offline channels)
•          Communicate needed core functionality to the tech teams
•          Perform continuous quality assurance of onsite placements
•          Production support on all matters related to subscription offer set up

What do you need from me?

•          Degree required
•          Strong written English and oral communications needed
•          Project management skills to collect, analyze and implement all requirements within tight timelines
•          Knowledge of direct marketing desired
•          Knowledge of the ecommerce space is a plus
•          Attention to detail and proficient quality assurance abilities
•          Quick problem solving skills to address roadblocks and production issues
•          Knowledge of applications such as DART and Omniture a plus
•          Detail Orientation
•          Self-starter
•          Publishing industry experience is a plus
