Job Purpose:

Assist Commercial Excellence Manager in making business decisions in order to enhance business organization's competitive position.

Support internal sales performance and activity data management, help to develop processes and design / provide reports to boost the business intelligence of an organization.

Job Description:

• Manage Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform and provide related set up and reports and manage the database
• Assist in handling Business systems such data mining, Business Intelligent tools etc. and provide relevant reports
• Assist in project implementation/testing activities

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma/University degree holder in Computer Science, Business Management, IT or related discipline
• Minimum 2 years related working experiences
• Hands-on experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) (Veeva / Sales Force etc.) would be an advantage
• Knowledge of Integrated System Environment, Application Support, OS, Database Server and IT Infrastructure
• Excellent skill of Excel, PPT
• Systematic and meticulous with details
• Strong business analysis with good communication skills
