Job Duties

• Setup / Install / Upgrade / Maintain the hardware and software of the company
• Perform routine system checking for server, network, connectivity, firewall and backup
• Work with vendor and support team on resolving system network issues
• Responsible for daily system operations activities and network maintenance
• Provide Helpdesk support and first level troubleshooting for PC, printing, network and application access issues
• Trouble shooting for any IT related problems

 Requirements

• Diploma holder or above in Information Technology or related discipline
• 2-3 years' technical experience in desktop and network equipment support
• 2-3 years' end user support experience in environment with Windows servers, ERP and Android
• Holder of MCSE/CCNA is preferred
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Self-discipline, proactive, independent, hardworking and able to work under pressure
