Responsibilities:

• Participate in administrate, manage and monitor of virtualization platform
• Assist in servers, desktop, applications, systems technical support
• Responsible for daily duties, maintenance and administration task
• Work with Senior IT staff to integrate and continually improve operations program/project management methods and practices
• Helpdesk support, system troubleshooting and configuration management

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in information technology or related discipline
• Solid experience in support and technical skill on Windows XP/Vista/7/8, Microsoft Office, Acrobat, Crystal report
• Hands-on experience in manage, administrate and support on Microsoft AD, Exchange, Group Policy, BlackBerry and scripting
• Knowledge in Citrix, VM, ESX and SAN storage management
• Knowledge in firewall, switch and TCP/IP networking
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure, multiple tasks and job duties
• Independently and a good team player
• Candidates with MCSE / MCITP / CCNA / CCA certification is highly preferred
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin is an advantage
