Requirements:

1. Higher Diploma or above with 1-2 years manufacturing experience is preferred;
2. Sound PC knowledge, basic Excel necessary;
3. Good English written/spoken and good Mandarin skills;
4. Good communication and interpersonal skill with all levels in working with customers, factories and vendors;
5. Immediately available is preferred.
   
   
   

Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate with suppliers / factories and communicate effectively with merchandising team in HK / China;
2. To input and update data into the system;
3. To prepare order related documents (SC, CT, TT, shipping mark, labeling, draft production specification);
4. Sample follow up (testing/ approval/ pre-production/ production samples – product and packaging);
5. Packaging Artwork follow up.
