Responsibilities:

1.        Order processing, inventory management, data analysis.
2.        Provide administrative and merchandising supports for the company.
3.        Project implementation and coordination.
4.        Vendors and Clients  support and handle general enquiry/quotation, build up good relationship with clients and vendors
5.        Shipment and distribution operation
6.        Other ad hoc projects assigned by department head.
7.        Coordinate with internal and external parties to maintain a smooth operation.
8.        Report directly to General Manager

Requirement:

1. Degree holder preferred but not a must
2. Must have 3-5 years sourcing / manufacturing experience
3. preferable in bags, plush toy, paper & stationery items
4. negotiations skills and product development skills,
5. Strong organizational skills and workload management.
6. Team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate across various functional groups.
7. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint is preferred.
