Legal Officer

Job Duties:

• Prepare, draft, review and vetting legal documents and agreements
• Provide legal advice and support to the Company
• Conduct researches on multi-jurisdictional law, coordinate with external lawyers
• Provide legal documentation and maintain the database system

Requirements:

• Holder of a degree in Law and relevant discipline
• At least 2 years of experience in the legal field
• Excellent research skills and ability to prepare clear and concise summaries and research notes
• Experience in company secretarial field of listed companies is a credit
• Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Good presentation and communication skills, well-organized, proactive and independent
• Reliable with strong commercial sense and integrity, and good inter-personal skills
