Job Responsibilities:

• Provide legal support in various legal areas (corporate trustee and corporate finance areas)
• Maintain the efficiency of physical and electronic document management as well as database for legal information and materials
• Assist with client on boarding procedures including KYC/AML and FATCA reporting
• Analyzing legal issues, performing legal research and collaborate with various business functions
• Attend to general legal administrative duties
• Assist in handling company secretarial matters
• Assist with client facing tasks as needed
• Assist with ad hoc projects as required

Key Requirements:  

• Diploma or degree in legal studies
• 2 to 3 years of legal experience (experience in corporate and commercial areas)
• Attention to details and well-organized
• Hard working, responsible, self-motivated, dedicated and outgoing team player
• Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) in English is essential, strong Mandarin skills a bonus
