The Job

You will:

• Provide support in all leasing activities including tenancy recruitment & renewals, event sales, venue hire, market research, budget preparation, tenancy administration, system and archive maintenance
• Coordinate with Facilities Management Department on premises takeover and handover activities, fitting-out, estate management issues. Handle complaints and inquiries from tenants. Follow up tenants’ shortfall rental payments and non-compliance
• Assist in the periodical review on leasing strategies for identifying trends and opportunities in the market and for developing strategies for sustainability
• Prepare regular reports and assist in the preparation of leasing documents and correspondence in relation to tenancy, event sales and venue hire
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure excellent customer service standard is achieved
• Provide administrative and clerical support to the Leasing Department
  
  

About You

You should have/be:

• Degree in Business Administration, Languages or any other related disciplines. Candidates with Degree in other disciplines will also be considered.
• At least 2 years of experience in leasing and marketing. Candidates with no relevant experience will also be considered.
• A passion or interest in Heritage and/or Contemporary Art. Positive attitude with passion in the Tai Kwun project is essential
• Strong and effective communicator in writing and business presentations. Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
