Business Development Manager (Property Management)

Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop Business Development team to achieve the business targets
• Present Yes Master! as a new Property Management Channel for various Property Management Company
• To build new businesses and maintain good relationship with existing business partners
• Assist in business development and marketing functions

Requirements:

• Diploma in Property Management or related disciplines
• At least 3 years' relevant experience in property management
• Well versed in Building and Property Management Industry
• Good communication skills;
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
• Able to work independently and under pressure;
• Immediate available is highly preferred;
• Candidates with less experience and academic qualification will be considered as Business Development Executive.
