Role & Responsibilities:

• To assist in exploring property development opportunities and recommending appropriate strategies
• To analyze development proposals, prepare reports and present recommendation and findings
• To participate in the preparation and evaluation of budgets and budgetary control on site acquisitions and development projects
• To assist in land administration and management for potential development opportunities
• Any ad-hoc duties assigned by the superior

Requirements : 

• Bachelor degree in surveying or related discipline
• Qualified Surveyor is preferable
• Minimum7 years’ experience in property industry, of which at least 1-2 years at managerial level preferably in listed company
• Strong strategic thinking, good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to handle multi tasks and work under pressure
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
