Responsibilities:

Responsible for overseeing project from inception to handover including overall project planning, review of drawings, monitoring progress and coordination with consultants and contractors.

Requirements:

• Degree in Architecture or related disciplines
• Member of HKIA or equivalent
• Registered architect with over 8 years of post-qualification experience in local property development/project management 
• Experience in large scale property development projects preferable
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
