• Degree holder preferably in Property Management / Building Surveying / Construction Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years' relevant working experience in supervisory level
• Practical experience in Estate Refurbishment Project
• To monitor the day-to-day property management functions, e.g. security, maintenance, cleaning, procurement, amenities and facilities management etc.
• To monitor property management income and expenses to prepare annual property management budgets and other related financial duties
• To liaise with Government departments and other departments of the company
• To attend Owners' Committee meetings and maintain good relationship with the committees
• Good management and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese
