Responsibilities: 

• Provide administrative support to the sales team and co-ordinate with internal parties on service delivery to the customers
• Keep track of all sales orders with full supporting documentation and proper approval
• Input sales orders into the sales system and maintain accurate records for billing and contract renewal
• Keep track of sales pipeline update
• Update customer profiles and customer database accordingly
• Follow up in-coming sales enquiries
• Compilation of sales management and sales commission report
• Perform other sales support or related activities as assigned

Requirements:

• F.7 or above
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience
• Strong communication skills, able to liaise with team members and other departments;
• Hardworking and able to work under pressure
• Good command of English and Mandarin
• Familiar with PC software e.g. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese Word Processing
