Position Description:-

• Handle customer’s enquires/complaints by telephone, fax, and email, etc
• Maintain customer’s basic information and ensure the database is updated
• Internal communication with other department about customer’s issues
• Cooperate closely with in-house risk control department and external parties (e.g. government bodies) for licensing and regulations related issues

Requirements:-

• Higher diploma or above, preferably in Business Management / Bank / Finance
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience in customer service field. 
• Payments industry, merchant payment solutions, and financial services preferred
• Superior analytical and problem solving skills
• Team oriented, collaborative, diplomatic and flexible. Be able to work independently
• Proactive and effective communicator, with strong interpersonal skills
• Fluency in both spoken and written English and Chinese is required (including spoken Mandarin)
