KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Re-designing our current fitting room concept launch version 2  
• Streamlining and optimizing existing stores including upgrades where required.
• Working alongside the retail teams to work towards the agreed strategy for long-term retail growth aligned to Grana’s objectives.
• Promoting the highest level of customer service across The Fitting Rooms.
• Implementation of new stores including recruiting the best teams.
• Regularly reviewing store concepts and making adjustments where necessary.
• Reviewing the current technology and systems in stores and identifying areas for improvement.
• Develop retail store policies and programs.
• Fostering a culture of continuous optimization.
• Partnering with cross-functional teams to execute on core business objectives including Social Media, PR, Merchandising, Creative and UI, Product and UX, Operations, HR, Legal and Finance teams.
• Encourage team morale in a group with high performance requirements and expectations.

YOU HAVE

• 5+ years progressive experience in retail management.
• Experience managing retail stores across various countries.
• A focus on customer service, always providing the best level of service and follow through.
• Excellent problem solving skills, solutions oriented and hands on.
• Exceptional work ethics and an attention to detail.
• An indisputable track record of growing and scaling stores.

• You’re a native English speaker. Maybe you know some Chinese or Cantonese too.
