Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the sales of Home Care Products, Construction & Home Improvement Products and Consumer Health Care Products in Supermarket and Pharmacy Chains in Hong Kong and Macau markets;
• Formulate and execute sales plans and strategies to achieve the sales target and grow the business;
• Collaborate with marketing team to develop and execute all programs to improve in store performance
• Build and maintain strong communication and good relationships with key accounts at all levels
• Negotiate and control the trade spending with regular review on program performance
• Update in market trend, competitor activity and formulate appropriate action plan
• Monitor the retail merchandising activities for enhancing the retail facings and displays with merchandising team

Job Requirements:

• University graduate in marketing, Business or related disciplines
• At least 2 years’ key account experience, preferably in FMCG industry
• Good connection with key account is an added advantage
• Energetic with aggressive and result-oriented attitude
• Self-motivated, business minded, able to work independently and under pressure
• Good negotiation, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Less experienced candidate would be considered as Account Manager
