Responsibilities:

• Conduct briefings with new customers to introduce the services provided by the company

• Serve as the main point of contact to assist customers with their queries regarding the day-to-day management of their assets

• Provide assistance in management of the company’s portfolio, perform administrative duties

• Provide advice to customers on ways to optimize their investment return

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma holder
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in customer services
• Excellent people skills and ability to handle clients independently
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel
• Good team skills, mature and presence key to success in this role
• Occasional Saturday work may be required
