Responsibilities :

• Forwards information by receiving and distributing communications; collecting and mailing correspondence; copying information.        
• Maintains supplies by checking stock to prepare sample yardages; anticipating requirements; placing and expediting orders; preparation for courier service
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.          
  
  
  

Requirements:         

• Form 3 or Form 5 or above 
  
• At least 1-3 years relevant working experience            
• Working experience in sizable company is preferred        
• Good communication skills
• Independent and responsible
  
• Hardworking and eager to learn
  
• Positive and self-motivated
