Job Description
customer service - Hong Kong
Office location: Tsuen Wan
Main responsibilities:
- Order management
- Work with Sales and/or customer on new PO/forecast
- Participate in production/order forecast with multiple factories and Sales Operation
- End 2 end management of artwork, sample card, Label and packaging process (including working with outside supplier on material forecast, packaging planning, prepare shipment documents and arrangement of shipment from supplier to end customer)
- Conduct checks between PO and contract/quotation
- Send PO and deliveries acknowledgement to end customer
- Request of Input from customer and ensure output file is well received by them
- Request data generation through DGR and monitor image is sent timely and to the correct production site.
- Prepare and release E-Checklist/Sales Order in QAD (could be more than 1 site)
- Create and receive Interco PO to/from other factories
- Check Interco invoice
- Discuss and confirm order schedule with planner and sales/Customers
- Participate in customer conf call
- Handling problems or issue from Customer/Sales/Planner/TC
- Issue invoice to customers
- Monitor and follow through shipment from factories till deliveries to final destination
- End 2-end RMA process; log complain into I-care and work with Quality, TC, Sales and customer on the complain
- Maintain and update customer delivery info in CR system
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports and other reports requested by customers
Profile:
Education:
- Bachelor Degree or above in Business/Logistics/Customer Service related major
Special skills:
- Ability to multi-task assignments and manage multiple priorities at a given time
- Ability to prioritize and provide updates in a timely manner
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 year customer service, account management, or sales support experience
Foreign languages:
- Fluent in Cantonese & Mandarin and Advanced Speaking and Written English proficiency required
