Job Description
Key responsibilities:
- Increase worldwide outbound sales through direct selling and new business development
- Devise strategic plan and implement business focused strategies
- Keep abreast of the market trends affecting our business, advise of corporate implications and take steps to pre-empt any issues
- Source new promoters and explore new markets worldwide
- Develop relationship with Trade Associations, Government Agencies, Promoter Network and Key Accounts.
- Perform market research for key potential sectors which identifies where the best opportunities lie to maximize sales
- Monthly compilation of the sales reports
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or above;
- 8 years working experience with sales and managerial profile
- Strong international sales experience in a trading industry, experience with health & wellness industry would be great advantage.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- A proven record of negotiating and securing new business
- Strong management and leadership skills
- Self-motivated and able to operate independently, driving own results
- Well organized and able to schedule travel and sales activity efficiently
- Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels
- Empathy and understanding of other cultures within a commercial context
- Excellent in verbal and written communication and presentation skills in English. Other foreign languages would be great advantage.
